Annual Report and Accounts and AGM

Burton-on-Trent, UK - 9 October 2014 - Clinigen Group plc (AIM: CLIN, "Clinigen", the "Group"), the global specialty pharmaceuticals and services company announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 June 2014 is available to view on the Group's website at www.clinigengroup.com. 

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts were posted to shareholders on 3 October 2014.

The Group will hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") on 30 October 2014 at 10.00am at Instinctif Partners' offices, 65 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7NQ. Peter George, Clinigen's Chief Executive Officer, will give a presentation at the AGM and following the AGM, the slides will be available on the Group's website at www.clinigengroup.com. No new material information will be provided.
