The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 3 July 2010 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2010 are also available on the Company's website: www.go-ahead.com.

At the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") it is proposed that the Company adopts new Articles of Association ("New Articles"). A summary of the principal changes proposed are set out in the explanatory notes to the Notice of Annual General Meeting.

A copy of the current Articles and the proposed New Articles together with a table scheduling the destination of each provision from the current Articles to the New Articles and detailing the changes contained therein are available for inspection during usual business hours on any weekday (Saturday and Sundays excluded) until the close of the AGM at the Company's Registered Office, 3rd Floor, 41-51 Grey Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 6EE.

The Company's 2010 AGM will be held at the Hilton Newcastle Gateshead, Bottle Bank, Gateshead, NE8 2AR on Thursday 28 October 2010 at 11:00 hours.
