Empresaria's 2023 Annual General Meeting will be held at 1:00pm on Tuesday 23 May 2023 at Old Church House, Sandy Lane, Crawley Down, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 4HS.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022 and Notice of AGM are available on the Company's website www.empresaria.com and have been posted to those shareholders who have elected to receive a hard copy.

Voting by proxy will be the only method available for voting at the AGM and shareholders can submit their proxy vote online at www.signalshares.com.Should any shareholders wish to attend the AGM in person, they should contact [email protected]. The AGM can be followed online by registering for the webinar on the Investor Meet Company platform at www.investormeetcompany.com.
