The Annual General Meeting of esure Group plc will be held at 3.30pm on Wednesday 13 May 2015 at Tithe Barn, Burford Bridge Hotel, Dorking, Surrey, RH5 6BX.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 copies of the following documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.hemscott.com/nsm.do:

· Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2014

· Notice of the 2015 Annual General Meeting

· Form of Proxy for the 2015 Annual General Meeting
