The Company announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 December 2018 together with its Notice of Annual General Meeting have been posted to shareholders.

The 2019 Annual General Meeting of the Company is to be held at Aragon House, 247 New King's Road, Fulham, London SW6 4XG on Monday 20 May 2019 at 12.00 p.m.
