Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Documents available for inspection
The Company announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 April 2009 along with the Group's Sustainability Report 2009 and Notice of the Annual General Meeting, was posted to shareholders on 11 August 2009.
Copies of these documents and proposed new Articles of Association have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and are available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
