Yü Group PLC, the independent supplier of gas and electricity to the UK corporate sector, announces that copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting are available to download from the Investors / Financial reports section of the Company's website at www.yugroupplc.com
The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016 and Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy will be posted to shareholders on or around 11 April. The Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.30 a.m. on Thursday 25 May at the offices of DLA Piper London, 3 Noble Street, London, EC2V 7EE.
