Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM
Learning Technologies Group plc (AIM:LTG), a market-leader in the fast growing learning technologies sector, announces that it has today posted to shareholders its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2016, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting.
The Annual General Meeting is to be held at 2.00pm on 18 May 2017 at the offices of DWF LLP at 20 Fenchurch Street, London, EC3M 3AG.
