JD Sports Fashion Plc ("Company") announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 1.00pm on Wednesday 17 June 2015 at JD Sports Fashion Plc, Hollinsbrook Way, Pilsworth, Bury, Lancashire BL9 8RR.

In connection with this, the following documents have been posted to shareholders today:
