Sound Oil announces that copies of the 2010 Annual Report and Accounts, Notice of AGM and Proxy Voting form have been sent to all registered shareholders and are now available for viewing on the Company's website www.soundoil.co.uk .
The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at the offices of Buchanan, 107 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6DN at 11:00am on Tuesday 28 June 2011.
