Baltic Classifieds Group PLC, (LSE: BCG), a leading online classifieds group in the Baltics, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 April 2023 and Notice of the 2023 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have today been issued to shareholders.

The Company also announces that its 2023 AGM will be held at 11.00 am (local time) / 9.00 am (BST) on Wednesday 27 September 2023, at the Company's office: Saltoniškių st. 9b, LT-08105 Vilnius, Lithuania.
