Notice of Annual General Meeting

Chaintek (AIM: CTEK), the provider of logistics services to manufacturers of consumer goods in China, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013 has been posted to shareholders together with the form of proxy. An electronic copy of the Chaintek Report and Accounts 2013 and also the form of proxy, are available from the Company's investor relations website at http://www.chaintek-united-ir.com/ in accordance with AIM Rule 20.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.30 a.m. on Tuesday 20 May 2014 at the offices of Daniel Stewart & Company Plc at Beckett House, 36 Old Jewry, London EC2R 8DD.

On 24 April 2014 a placing of 7,433,773 existing Ordinary Shares in the Company by Daniel Stewart with institutional and other investors in London and China (the "Placing") was facilitated to improve liquidity in the Company's shares and to provide early stage investors with a managed exit.

Xu Meijin, Chief Executive Officer of Chaintek, said: "Improving liquidity has been an area of focus for the Board since the Company joined AIM and this Placing removes some of the early stage investors in Chaintek whom the Company would like to thank for their past support. The Board is pleased to welcome our new shareholders and looks forward to working with them, as well as our existing shareholders, to further drive the Company's growth."
