Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM

 

The Company announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 25 December 2022 together with its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will today be posted to shareholders. Copies of these documents will also shortly be available today for download from the Company's website at www.citypubcompany.com.

 

The 2023 AGM is to be held at The Phene, 9 Phene Street, London, SW3 5NY on 7 June 2023 at 12.00 p.m.

 

Should you have a question in relation to any of the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM, the Annual Financial Statements or the business of the Company, please email your question to [email protected] by 12.00 p.m. on 5 June 2023.
