Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that the following documents have today been posted or otherwise made available to shareholders:

· Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015;

· Notice of 2016 Annual General Meeting; and

· Form of Proxy for the 2016 Annual General Meeting.

The above documents have been uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

The Annual Report and Accounts 2015 and Notice of 2016 Annual General Meeting are also available on the Company's website at www.kennedywilson.eu.

The announcement released on 26 February 2016 by the Company regarding the audited results for the year ended 31 December 2015 includes the information required by DTR 6.3.5 to be communicated to the media in unedited full text through a Regulatory Information Service.

The Company's 2016 Annual General Meeting will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, 27 April 2016 at the offices of Allen & Overy LLP, One Bishops Square, London, E1 6AD.
