Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company is pleased to announce that it has now issued its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 January 2019 ("Annual Report"), together with its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("Notice of AGM") and Form of Proxy. 

Copies of the documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM. The Annual Report and Notice of AGM can also be viewed on the Company's investor relations website at https://www.frenchconnection.com.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.00 am on Wednesday 22 May 2019 at the offices of French Connection Group PLC, First Floor, Centro 1, 39 Plender Street, London NW1 0DT.
