Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM

DCD Media plc announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the fifteen month period ended 31 March 2020 and a notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been made available on the Company's website - www.dcdmedia.co.uk.

The AGM will be held at the offices of DCD Media Plc, Winchester House, 259-269 Old Marylebone Road, London, NW1 5RA on Tuesday, 29 September 2020 at 11.00 a.m.

Due to COVID-19 'stay at home' guidelines the AGM will not be open for shareholders to attend. These are obviously uncertain times and we hope that this will not be required in future years. Shareholders are invited to raise questions ahead of the meeting by emailing [email protected]. We will endeavour to respond to questions raised directly, or by publishing responses on our website after the AGM.

Shareholders are invited to vote via the online portal found here www.signalshares.com where you can follow the on-screen instructions on how to vote. Alternatively they can vote through CREST, or should shareholders wish to receive a paper proxy form then please contact Link Asset Services directly by email to [email protected] or by phone on 0371 664 0300 to request one ahead of the meeting. Calls are charged at the standard geographic rate and will vary by provider. Calls outside the United Kingdom will be charged at the applicable international rate. Link Asset Services are open between 9.00 a.m. - 5.30 p.m., Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in England and Wales.
