Annual Report and Accounts 2016 and Notice of the 2017 Annual General Meeting
Following the release on 23 March 2017 of its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2016 (RNS: 2563A), Regional REIT Limited (the "Company") announces that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts 2016.
The Company also announces that it will hold its Annual General Meeting at the offices of Macfarlanes LLP, 20 Cursitor Street, London EC4A 1LT, on 25 May 2017 at 10:30 am.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, the Annual Report and Accounts 2016 and the Notice of the 2017 Annual General Meeting (the "Documents") have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
Copies of the Documents are also available to view on the Company's website at www.regionalreit.com.
Copies of the Documents, together with a Form of Proxy for use in connection with the 2017 Annual General Meeting, will be posted to the Company's Shareholders shortly.

Regional REIT Limited (LSE: RGL) is a London Stock Exchange Main Market traded specialist real estate investment trust focused on office and industrial property interests in the principal regional locations of the United Kingdom outside of the M25 motorway.

As at 31 December 2016, the investment portfolio had a value of £502.4m and a net initial yield of 6.7%. The weighted average unexpired lease term to first break was 3.6 years.
