Annual Report and Accounts and AGM Notice
Plethora Solutions Holdings PLC the specialist developer of products for the treatment and management of urological disorders, is pleased to announce that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2008 is being posted to shareholders this week along with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The AGM will be held at 1.30 pm on 25 June 2009 at the offices of Morrison & Foerster, CityPoint, One Ropemaker Street, London, EC2Y 9AW.
The annual report and accounts will be available for download from the Company's website www.plethorasolutions.co.uk. A printed copy may also be requested by writing to Company Secretary, Plethora Solutions, 4th Floor, 233 High Holborn, London, WC1V 7DN.
