Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts 2009 and Notice of Annual General Meeting will be posted to shareholders today. These documents will be available for inspection shortly at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility situated at the Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS. They will also be available on the Shanks Group plc website at www.shanksplc.co.uk
The Annual General Meeting will be held at 11am on Thursday 23 July 2009 at the offices of Royal Bank of Scotland, 250 Bishopsgate, London EC2M 4AA.
