Annual Report and Accounts, and Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of each of the following documents have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism:

· Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2019 (the "Annual Report"); and

· Notice of the Company's 2020 Annual General Meeting (the "Notice").

Copies of the above documents will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

The Annual Report and Notice can also be downloaded from the Company's website: www.iwgplc.com.

The Company's 2020 Annual General Meeting will be held at Dammstrasse 19, CH-6300, Zug, Switzerland on Tuesday 12 May 2020 at 2pm (Swiss time) 1pm (UK time).
