Barratt Developments PLC: Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM
Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held at 2.30pm on Tuesday 18 November 2008 at Barber-Surgeons' Hall, Monkwell Square, Wood Street, London, EC2Y 5BL (the 'AGM'), have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority together with two copies of each new share scheme proposed to be adopted at, and the articles of association of the Company showing the amendments to be proposed at, the AGM.
