Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM
The Company announces that it has recently posted to shareholders the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2009 together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and proxy form.
The AGM will be held at the Company's registered office, BNP Paribas House, 1 St Julian's Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1WA on 2 September 2009 at 10:00am.
Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and the circular published in connection with the proposed approval of a waiver of the mandatory offer provisions in the City Code on Takeover and Mergers will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
