Posting of Annual Report and Accounts
Additional Financing Facility
Notice is given that copies of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2007 ('Annual Report and Accounts'), were posted to Shareholders on 28 June 2008.
Additional copies of the Annual Report and Accounts may be requested directly from the Company. The documents are also available on the Company's website, www.carecapital.co.uk.
The Company is pleased to report that it has agreed terms to refinance the senior debt on its existing UK property portfolio, raising just under £4 million on competitive terms and it is progressing the securing of further financing which will ensure the development pipeline can be progressed in line with current targets. In the event that the terms of such loan financing are not acceptable to the Company, both the Chairman and the Chief Executive will underwrite a loan facility up to £4 million. Details of the loan finance option proposed by the Board will be circulated to Shareholders for approval at an EGM later in the year.
