Annual Report and Annual General Meeting
The Company announces that two copies of its 2007/8 Annual Review, 2007/8 Directors' Report and Accounts, Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on Tuesday 17 June 2008 and Form of Proxy have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority. At the Annual General Meeting due to be held on Tuesday 17 June 2008, it is proposed that the Company adopts new Articles of Association.
