Annual Report and Accounts

Lakehouse plc confirms it has today posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the year to 30 September 2015 to shareholders together with the notice of the 2016 Annual General Meeting (AGM) and forms of proxy. The Company will hold its AGM on Friday 5 February 2016 at the offices of Eversheds LLP, 1 Wood Street, London EC2V 7WS.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year to 30 September 2015, the Notice of the AGM and proxy forms have been submitted to the FCA for publication through the document viewing facility of the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do
