The Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014, Notice of Annual General Meeting 2015 and Proxy Voting Form have been mailed to shareholders and submitted to the UKLA for publication through the National Storage Mechanism where they will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

The Company's Annual Report and Accounts for 2014 and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2015 are also available on the Company's website, www.sportechplc.com.

The 2015 Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of Olswang LLP, 90 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6XX on Tuesday 12 May 2015 at 10.00am.
