The Company announces that it published its Annual Report and Accounts for 2013 (the "Annual Report and Accounts") on 7 June 2013.

The Company's 2013 Annual General Meeting will be held at Investec, 2 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7QP on 10 July 2013 at 12:00 noon.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of the Annual General Meeting for 2013 (the "AGM Notice") are available to view on the Company's website: www.ukmail.com. Hard copies were mailed to shareholders at the time of publication.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts, the AGM Notice, and the form of proxy in relation to the AGM were submitted to the National Storage Mechanism at the time of publication and are available for inspection at: http://www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
