Annual Report and Accounts 2013 and Notice of General Meeting

HML announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2013, containing notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting, has been sent to shareholders and is available from the Company's website: www.hmlholdings.com.

Accompanying the Annual Report and Accounts is a letter to shareholders regarding the proposed reduction in the Company's capital through the cancellation of the share premium account. The reduction of capital is proposed in order to simplify HML's capital and reserves so that the Company can plan for the payment of a dividend in the future. A copy of the letter is available from the Company's website: www.hmlholdings.com.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00 a.m. on 12 September 2013 at the Company's offices at 9-11 The Quadrant, Richmond, Surrey, TW9 1BP.
