In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.3 R, two copies of the following documents relating to McBride plc have been submitted to the Financial Services Authority:-
- Annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 June 2008- Notice of the 2008 Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on 27 October 2008, containing the Chairman's letter to shareholders
- Proxy card relating to resolutions to be considered at the AGM
- Proposed amended articles of association, subject to approval at the AGM
