Annual Report and Financial Statements
China Goldmines plc announces that the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2008 were posted to shareholders today, together with a notice convening an Annual General Meeting ("AGM").
The AGM of the Company will be held on Friday 23 January 2009 at 11.00am at the offices of Brewin Dolphin Limited, 12 Smithfield Street, London EC1A 9BD.
Copies of Annual Report and Financial Statements and the notice of AGM have been published on the Company website at www.chinagoldmines.com.
