At the Annual General Meeting due to be held on 30 July 2008 it is proposed that Renold plc adopts new Articles of Association to take account of certain changes in English company law effected, or to be effected, by the Companies Act 2008. A summary of the proposed changes to the Articles is contained in the Circular containing Notice of Annual General Meeting. Copies of the existing Articles, the new Articles and a document showing all of the differences between the Articles will be available for inspection at the Companies registered office, Renold House, Styal Road, Wythenshawe, Manchester M22 5WL.
