Annual Report and Accounts

The Company announces that it has posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015 to shareholders alongwith a notice of a General Meeting to consider a resolution to receive and adopt the Company's Reports and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015.

The General Meeting is to be held at 12 noon on Monday 25 July 2016 at the Company's offices at Courtlands, Parklands Avenue, Worthing, West Sussex, BN12 4NG.
