Outsourcery (AIM: OUT), a leading Cloud Service Provider ("CSP") offering Cloud-based IT and unified communications solutions for the commercial and public sectors, confirms that it has today posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014 to shareholders, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and associated form of proxy.

The AGM will be held at Outsourcery's Registered Office at 10 Whitfield Street, London, W1T 2RE on Wednesday, 3 June 2015 at 10:00am.
