Annual Report and Accounts, and Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of each of the following documents have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism:

 · Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2018 (the "Annual Report"); and

· Notice of the Company's 2019 Annual General Meeting (the "Notice").

Copies of the above documents will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

The Company's 2019 Annual General Meeting will be held at Dammstrasse 19, CH-6300, Zug, Switzerland on Tuesday 14 May 2019 at 11am (Swiss time) 10am (UK time).
