The Group's 2016 Annual General Meeting will be held at the Hilton Newcastle Gateshead, Bottle Bank, Gateshead, NE8 2AR on Thursday 3 November 2016 at 11:00 hours.

A condensed set of the Group's financial statements and information on important events that have occurred during the year and their impact on the financial statements were included in the Group's preliminary announcement on 2 September 2016. A description of the principal risks and uncertainties, details of related party transactions and the directors' statement of responsibilities prepared for and contained within the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 2 July 2016 were included in the Group's announcement on 9 September 2016.
