The Company confirms that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2008 has been sent to shareholders together with a notice convening the Annual General Meeting of the Company ("AGM"). The AGM is scheduled to be held at 12.00 noon on 16 June 2009 at Saffron House, 6-10 Kirby Street, London, EC1N 8EQ.
