Monitise plc (LSE: MONI) announces that the notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 June 2016 have been posted to shareholders and electronic copies are available on the Company's website (www.monitise.com) via the Investors section of the site.

The AGM will be held on 19 October 2016 at 10.00am at the offices of Canaccord Genuity, 88 Wood Street, London EC2V 7QR.
