The notice convening the Company's Annual General Meeting, to be held at 11.00am on 3 June 2013 at the offices of Eversheds, 1 Wood Street, London, EC2V 7WS, is also available on the website.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of the Annual General Meeting will be posted to shareholders on or around 1 May 2013.
