2008 Annual Report and Accounts and 2009 Annual General Meeting
Phytopharm plc announces that copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2008 have been posted to shareholders today.
The Company also announces the publication of its Notice of Annual General Meeting for 2009 and Proxy Form. The Meeting will be held on 11 March 2009 at 10.30 a.m., at the Company's office Corpus Christi House, 9 West Street, Godmanchester, Cambridgeshire PE29 2HY.
Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of Annual General Meeting will shortly be available on the Company's website www.phytopharm.com and be available for inspection at the Document Viewing Facility at:
