PUBLICATION OF 2008 ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Archial Group gives notice that copies of the 2008 Annual Report and Accounts have been sent to shareholders. Copies of these documents have also been submitted to the London Stock Exchange, and are available to download at the Company's website at www.archialgroup.com.
The Company also announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 10:30am on Wednesday 24 June 2009 at RIBA, 66 Portland Place, London, W1B 1AD. The Notice of the Annual General Meeting has been sent to shareholders.
