The Company confirms that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2010 have been sent to shareholders together with a notice convening the Annual General Meeting of the Company (the "AGM"). The AGM is scheduled to be held at 2.30 p.m. on 9 September 2010 at the offices of Financial Dynamics, Holborn Gate, 26 Southampton Buildings, WC2 1PB.
