Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of AGM
The Company confirms that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2011 has been sent to shareholders together with a notice convening the Annual General Meeting of the Company (the "AGM"). The AGM is scheduled to be held at 3.00 p.m. on 8 September 2011 at the offices of Financial Dynamics, Holborn Gate, 26 Southampton Buildings, WC2A 1PB.
