The Company announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ending 31 December 2016, together with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and Form of Proxy, have been published and sent to shareholders. These documents are available to view on the Company's website: http://vpcspecialtylending.com/. They have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism.

The AGM will be held at 3:00 p.m. on 13 June 2017 at the offices of Stephenson Harwood LLP, 1 Finsbury Circus, London, EC2M 7SH.
