Posting of Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Pinewood Shepperton plc ("the Company"), a leading provider of services to the global film and television industry today announces that it has posted its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2013, a Notice of Annual General Meeting and a form of proxy to all shareholders.

A copy of the Annual Report & Accounts and the Notice of Annual General Meeting will be also published on the Company's website today http://www.pinewoodgroup.com/investor-relations.

The Annual General Meeting will be held on 30 September 2013 at the offices of Deloitte LLP, 2 Hardman Street, Manchester M3 3HF at 10.30 am.

Details of the resolutions to be proposed at the Annual General Meeting are set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting.
