Following the release by the Company on 24 June 2021 of the Company's Preliminary Results for the financial year ended 31 March 2021, the Company announces that it has published the following shareholder documents:

 

- Annual Report & Accounts for the financial year ended 31 March 2021

- Notice of the 2021 Annual General Meeting

- Proxy Form for the 2021 Annual General Meeting

 

These documents are available on the Company's website at www.xpsgroup.com and printed copies have been posted to shareholders. Copies have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and are available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

  

The Annual General Meeting will be held at 12.00pm on Tuesday 7 September 2021 at Phoenix House, 1 Station Hill, Reading, Berkshire RG1 1NB.
