Annual Report & Accounts 2011 and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Speedy Hire Plc (the "Company") announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00am on Wednesday, 13 July 2011 at Mere Court Hotel and Conference Centre, Warrington Road, Mere, Knutsford, Cheshire WA16 0R2.

In connection with this, the following documents have been posted to shareholders today:

·; Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2011 ("Annual Report");

·; Notice of Annual General Meeting; and

·; Proxy Form.

Copies of the above documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do
