Annual Report & Accounts 2010 and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Speedy Hire Plc (the "Company") announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00am on Tuesday, 20 July 2010 at Mere Court Hotel and Conference Centre, Warrington Road, Mere, Knutsford, Cheshire WA16 0R2.

In connection with this, the following documents have been posted to shareholders today:

·; Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2010 ("Annual Report");

·; Notice of Annual General Meeting; and

·; Proxy Form.

Two copies of these documents, together with the proposed new articles of association of the Company (including a blacklined version showing amendments) have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
