Also on 14 April 2015, the Company sent to shareholders Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). The AGM will be held on 16 June 2015 at the offices of BDO LLP, 55 Baker Street, London W1U 7EU, United Kingdom and will commence at 10:30 am.
