Annual Report and Accounts 2010 and Notice of 2011 Annual General Meeting

The Company has today published its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2010 ("Annual Report") and Notice of 2011 Annual General Meeting. Both documents are available for download at www.meggitt.com. In addition, attention is drawn to the Company`s Preliminary Results for the year ended 31 December 2010 which were published on 1 March 2011 and are also available at www.meggitt.com.

Copies of the Annual Report and Notice of 2011 Annual General Meeting have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.

The Company confirms that the preliminary announcement made on 1 March 2011 contains the information required for the purposes of compliance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.3.5, including principal risk factors, details of related party transactions and the directors' responsibility statement.
