Annual Information Update/Posting of Annual Report and Accounts

Further to the Worthington Group plc preliminary results statement released on 16 June 2010, copies of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2010 have been sent to the UK Listing Authority in accordance with Rule 9.6.1 of the Listing Rules and will shortly be available for viewing at the UKLA document viewing facility at 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.

Copies of the report have also been posted out to shareholders together with the notice of the Annual General meeting due to take place on Thursday 22 July 2010 at 11.00 am at the Company's Registered office - Suite 1 Courthill House, 66 Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AP.
